Salsa

  1. In food processor blend Jalapeno, red chili pepper, shallot, garlic, lime juice, lemon juice until finely chopped
  2. Cut off stems of cilantro (almost up to where leaves begin) and blend in with pepper mix.
  3. Add 1 can tomatoes (or 2, if your food processor is big enough)
  4. Pour in to medium sized bowl.
  5. blend remaining can of tomato in food processor, then add to salsa in the bowl.
  6. Stir together, let sit. It can be eaten right away, but usually after 24 hours it is more completely blended.
  7. Enjoy
